Killeen Up! The Community needs YOUR help Saturday MARCH 4th!

The Texas Waterway Cleanup, an initiative of Keep Texas Beautiful, are cleaning up Lowes Boulevard Creek as they do every year Saturday March 4th.

First volunteers will gather for a group photo, then will pick up supplies before spreading out to pick up trash, cigarette butts and other litter.

Participants are asked to meet at Walmart's parking lot at 1400 Lowes Boulevard in Killeen at 8am.

Along with the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality, Keep Killeen Beautiful encourages communities to improve and maintain the quality of the state's waterways.
