Back in 2014, Nas performed his classic debut album, Illmatic live at the Kennedy Center in DC, accompanied by the National Symphony Orchestra. It was a groundbreaking moment, not just for the celebrated MC but for all of hip-hop.

Now, in honor of the 24th anniversary of the hip-hop staple, the rapper has released the live version of the album, llmatic: Live From The Kennedy Center. If you missed the chance to witness the momentous event, then here's your chance to rectify that.

Nas has been celebrating the album's 24th anniversary all week long. Yesterday, which was the actual anniversary day, he posted his love for the support the record has gotten over the years, and honored the legacy he's built since its release in 1994.

"24 Years!! thanks to Hip Hop Music. thx to the People," he wrote on Instagram, alongside a video of his Kennedy Center performance.
