Marvin Gaye’s Children Sue Robin Thicke Over ‘Blurred Lines’

I think it's about time that the family of Marvin Gaye stepped up to sue Robin Thicke over the money he made off of 'Blurred Lines'.  He can deny it all he wants but it is the same song.  I know that this is done in Hip Hop and R&B but there has to be a point where you at least give credit to the person that created it in the first place.  Didn't they learn anything from Vanilla Ice!!!
