Earlier today via a press release from the Greater Killeen Chamber Of Commerce, the folks at New Horizon Music Studio announced they will be opening next Friday, November 20th with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

According to the press release, New Horizon Music Studio's mission statement is to inspire youth and to make string instruments a priority in the community.

The studio will provide private and group lessons in violin and viola. The founder is James Clarkson, who has over 20 years of experience being a private tutor and KISD instructor.

The press release states that the entire community is invited, but is asked to follow social dancing protocols and to wear a mask. The new studio is located at 1205 E Central Texas Expy in Killeen. That's between Red Lobster and Ashley Home Store just off westbound I-14.

Attendees who are not comfortable attending in person are invited to join virtually
via the GKCC Facebook page: Facebook.com/killeenchamber. For more
