New Principal selected for new Belton Middle School

According to a press release by the Belton Independent School District a principal has been named for the new Belton Middle School that opens in August 2020.

Stacie Sveska, the current Director Of School Services for BISD has been recommended by Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources Todd Schiller.

Stacie has served as a teacher, coach, assistant principal, associate principal and lead principal for Leander ISD. She holds a bachelor's degree in kinesiology/biology from East Texas Baptist University where she also played basketball. She also has a master's degree in education administration from the Univesity Of Phoenix.

She will be considered at the Belton School Board Meeting Monday in Belton at the Pittenger Fine Arts Center.
