Nipsey Hussle's Victory Lap album isn't the only thing the West Coast rapper has to celebrate in February. Earlier this month, Nipsey partnered with Vector90 and the District 8 Los Angeles City Council to launch a coworking space in the Crenshaw area of South Los Angeles.

According to the press release, the space was launched on Feb. 15 with an art exhibition event that celebrated and highlighted the select group of companies that will be the first to occupy the multilevel, 4,700 square-foot space.

Guests in attendance for the event included Vector90 founder David Gross, The Peebles Corp. CEO Don Peebles and Nipsey himself. Attendees at the event also got an exclusive listening experience for the rapper's new album.

Released on Feb. 16, the 16-song debut record includes the tracks "Double Up," "Right Hand to God" and "Dedication." The project features guest appearances from YG, Puff Daddy, Kendrick Lamar, Buddy, TeeFlii, The-Dream, Belly, Dom Kennedy and more.

The newly-launched coworking space isn't Nipsey's only venture. The rapper and his clothing brand, The Marathon Clothing, also teamed up with The Hundreds for the release of a new collection, which features a variety of items and accessories that pay tribute to Victory Lap.

Clothing in the collection include a hoodie, T-shirt, snapback cap, canvas cotton gym bag and lighter. Each piece features the words “CRENSHAW” and “RSWD,” with the hoodie and T-shirt additionally featuring the All Money In logo, The Hundreds “Solid Bomb” logo, and the words ”VICTORY LAP” alongside the album and LP's release date.
