Nurse Posts Photo of Dead Patient on Facebook

A nurse at a retirement home in Switzerland posted a picture on her Facebook page asking if people thought the patient was alive or dead. The patient was indeed deceased.

The identity of the woman and the patient have not been revealed.

Authorities are investigating in which nursing or retirement home the photographs were taken and deciding whether or not to press charges.

The Swiss Association of Nurses says it is 'shocked and upset' by the pictures.
