Police Run Over a Suspect Who Has a Gun

I have no idea what is going on with police today. I think it's been happening all along. Perhaps we just have more cameras, phones and video showing more police misconduct.

Even when you have a video showing a crazy scene like this where a cop is being told to stay back but decides to run over the suspect anyway. By the way the cop that ran over this guy was cleared and is still a cop. What do you think?
