The Bell County Sheriff's Department arrested a man for sexually assaulting a 5-year-old!!

Phillip Joseph Beauchamp assaulted the 5-year-old in Bell County, according to KXXV. Beauchamp turned himself in yesterday. He has been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child.
