According to statistics, there were alarming numbers for Texas as it relates to Domestic Violence offenses in 2015. Numbers show that there were 195,000 incidents of family violence, with almost 160 women being killed by their partner, the highest number ever recorded for the state of Texas.

This week Toni Ringgold welcomes Clarissa Trevino of Domestic Violence Overcomers as she tells her story of survival and hope.
