Temple Police are looking for a suspect who took a 5 finger discount at a local beauty supply store in the area.

According to a tweet from the Temple Police Department, the man pictured is accused of taking more than $1,900 worth of items from Ulta Beauty located on Southwest HK Dodgen Loop.

Now, if you've spent money on makeup and beauty supplies then you know they're not cheap! The first thing I thought of was: "I wonder how many items he actually got away with." A good bottle of foundation can be upwards of $60, and those items add up quickly. The suspect can be seen with a bag and possibly a box of perfume.

The man is wearing a mask, so Temple police need the public's assistance in identifying him.  Anyone with info should call the TPD non-emergency number at 254-298-5500 or Bell County Crime Stoppers at 254-526-8477. Police have not released any further details at this time.

As I've stated before, technology is pretty advanced these days so I would think that would be a deterrent to thieves. Unfortunately that's not the case, but with social media and such a clear photo, I think police will find the person responsible.

Maybe this guy really messed things up with his girlfriend and is trying to get back in good graces? Or maybe he knows that makeup is expensive and plans to try to re-sell the merchandise on the streets. Either way, the time and fines he'll face if caught isn't worth it.
