After a lengthy legal battle, the Marvin Gaye family has come out victorious in their copyright-infringement case against Robin Thicke and Pharrell Williams. On Tuesday (March 10), a California federal jury found Thicke and Williams guilty of copying Gaye’s 1977 song “Got to Give It Up” for their 2013 hit “Blurred Lines.”

Robin Thicke is getting hit from all sides by the Marvin Gaye family over his ubiquitous 2013 hit, 'Blurred Lines.' The R&B crooner has been slapped with another countersuit over the song -- this time from Gaye’s oldest son.

I think it's about time that the family of Marvin Gaye stepped up to sue Robin Thicke over the money he made off of 'Blurred Lines'.
