Temple Salvation Army Warming Station Opens at 6 PM Tonight

With NOAA forecasting a high of 30 today and a low of 19 tonight, the Salvation Army of Temple has announced it will once again open a warming station at 419 W. Avenue G. at 6 PM.

Thomas Pechal with Temple Fire & Rescue said additional openings will be determined on a day-to-day basis depending on temperature forecasts.

The Killeen Community Center at 2201 E. Veterans Memorial Blvd will also be open to those in need of a warm shelter.
