What you know about Bert’s BBQ in Killeen tho?

Last month while At Dodge Country (Used Cars that is)  Bert's BBQ parked their truck there and I tried some of their delicious cooking!

The West Family has been in Killeen over 30 years originally from Youngstown, Ohio.

Donald West Sr. retired from the Army in 1985 and they have been here since.

They were convinced to open because the family catered for a lot of events and they were told to expand.

The greens and cabbage mix is made by Momma West, she cooks it from scratch!!
