11 year old Austin boy hacks in Smart Teddy Bear, proves toys can be used for weapons
It's cats like this you befriend so when it's time to take tests he's giving you all the answers!!
Give him your jello cup or the meat from your Lunchable's, even the red starburst....whatever it takes!
Last week, at the One Conference in the Netherlands, 11 year old Reuben Paul showed the audience they were being recorded by hacking into his Smart Teddy Bear!
Reportedly, the fifth grade student who attends The Harmony School of Science in Austin "wowed" the audience by turning the LED (LIGHT EMITTING DIODE) on and off with ease, then turning the Teddy bear's microphone on showing the audience they were being recorded and most of all showing security experts that toys that are connected to the internet can be used as weapons.
“From airplanes to automobiles, from smartphones to smart homes, anything or any toy can be part of the Internet of Things", “From terminators to teddy bears, anything or any toy can be weaponized” the 5th grader reportedly told the crowd.
Congrats to this bright young man with a great future ahead of him.
