A New Texas Bill Could Make You An Organ Donor Automatically! [Poll]

An Austin lawmaker has drafted a Bill to automatically register you and and the rest of us in Texas as an organ donors, according to KTRK! You would have to specifically "opt out" to not become an organ donor!

Donate Life Texas, the state's organ and tissue registry, is opposing the Bill, which would apply to first-time driver's license holders and renewals, over 18-years-old. The reason Donate Life Texas opposes the Bill is because it requires license holders to be given two notifications about opting out, which could lead to more people opt-ing out.
