Recently, an article was written about the possible threat of a very dangerous gang named Tren de Aragua possibly making its way to Texas. The possibilities have now turned into definite, according to the Texas Tribune. Governor Greg Abbott has declared the Venezuela gang as a foreign terrorist organization and has asked the Department of Public Safety to create a strike team to target them.

Central America is where the gang first started in the state of Aragua prison and later expanded through Central America and the United States, including Texas and three other states in the US. This gang is very dangerous and it is known for human smuggling, kidnapping, extortion, and even drug trafficking. On September 16, Governor Greg Abbott signed the proclamation declaring that this gang was a terrorist organization and now has directed the Texas Department of Public Safety to mobilize a strike team with state troopers, Texas Rangers, and other law enforcement groups to pursue the gang whenever they are known to be in Texas.

Just the other day I was driving past Clem Mikeska's in Temple for lunch and a memory popped in my head about Wes's Burger Shack More, and the former business that used to have delicious pizza.

I remember going there for lunch just a few years ago and taking my entire hour to take advantage of that pizza buffet! The different variety of pizza stuck out to me. I even remember the game area!
