A year ago, Sandra Bland was arrested in Prairie View in Waller County, Texas after a heated encounter with a police officer.

3 days later she died in jail, her death was ruled a suicide.

Now a police officer from Central Texas is saying he was threatened with retaliation if he told what he knew about the arrest.

Officer Michael Kelley revealed in a recorded message that the cop who arrested Sandra Bland, Officer Brian Encinia said 'he didn't know what to charge her for, but he'll figure it out when they got to the County Jail'.
