Central Texas School District Accused Of Ignoring Girl’s Complaints Of Sexual Harassment

Killeen Independent School District is being sued for allegedly ignoring a student's complaints of bullying and sexual harassment!

The girl's father, Kevin Gable, filed the lawsuit, claiming he daughter was continuously bullied, assaulted and sexually harassed at Rancier Middle School, where she was a student for three years, according to KXXV. The suit states that another student repeatedly touched the girl's butt and breasts daily. Allegedly, school officials were aware that students came up with "touch-titty Tuesday and "slap butt Friday," but did nothing to stop it! Her dad says that she continued to tell school authorities, but no one ever filed a complaint on her behalf or stopped the harassment!!
