Central Texas Standoff Ends In Death

A standoff in Killeen has ended tragically!

The standoff happened on Lake Road. Killeen Police and SWAT were trying to negotiate with a man who had barricaded in an apartment for several hours, according to KXXV. Police were responding to a domestic disturbance call with shots fired on Sunday afternoon around 4pm. The police tried to enter the home just after 9 pm, where they found the man dead.
