KWTX reports about three weeks ago a woman went to Wet Willie‘s in Harker Heights for a couple of drinks. As she waited on her Uber, Anderson reportedly offered to give her a ride back to her hotel room.

According to the arrest affidavit, on the way to her hotel room, Anderson stopped the vehicle, took off the victim's shorts, and then raped her.

The victim states she told him no and to stop, and that she kicked him repeatedly.

After the incident occurred, the victim said she remembers Anderson driving her back to her car, only to find out that her phone, purse, $500 in cash, her driver's license and credit cards were all missing.

The witness remembered seeing a Vista College logo on Anderson's shirt. Police showed surveillance stills to employees at the school, who recognized Anderson and gave detectives his name. A manager at Wet Willie's reportedly recognized Anderson as a regular, and identified him in a lineup.
