Copperas Cove Residents Face Fines If They Don’t Cut Water Usage!

Due to construction in Copperas Cove, residents now face fines if they don't cut back on their water usage!

Here are the restrictions for residents, according to KKXV:

1. Residents must use water sparingly for personal consumption and hygiene needs
2. Using water to wash any vehicle is prohibited
3. Irrigating landscaped areas is prohibited unless reclaimed water is used.
4. Restaurants are prohibited from serving water to patrons except upon request.
5. Washing down sidewalks, walkways, driveways, parking lots or other hard surfaces is prohibited.

If you don't comply, you could be fined $100 or more!!
