DaBaby Would’ve Done a Song With 6ix9ine Before He Snitched
DaBaby and 6ix9ine might have one day collaborated if 6ix9ine wasn't now considered a "snitch."
On Wednesday (Sept. 25), DaBaby stopped by Los Angeles radio station Real 92.3 to discuss his new album Kirk on Big Boy's Neighborhood. The topic of 6ix9ine came up at one point and when DaBaby was asked whether he'd have done a song with the incarcerated rapper before he took the stand to testify against his former associates Anthony "Harv" Ellison and Aljermiah "Nuke" Mack, the North Carolina rapper gave a definitive yes.
"Prior to him snitching?" DaBaby clarified. "Hell yeah I’da did a song with him. It woulda brought me some bread. You don’t think I’da put a verse on it? I play the game. I’m 'bout my business. I play the game. I wouldn’t have did nothing that’s dissing somebody else. If he threw any of that on there I’da probably passed on it. You know, 'I’m good.’ But other than that, I would be a bad business man to turn that down."
When asked whether he'd still be open to the idea upon 6ix9ine's pending release, DaBaby was just as clear with his answer: "Fuck no."
