Jussie Smollett's charges were dropped by the Cook County States Attorney in Chicago.

All 16 felony charges against Jussie Smollett have been dropped, but the weird thing is the state's attorney recused her self from the initial investigation. Then it comes out that she’s cool with his family and then his charges dropped? Hmmm..
