Drake Canceled His Amsterdam Gig Because He Had Food Poisoning [VIDEO]
As Drake is almost finished with his final dates of his Boy Meets World U.K. tour, the rapper fell ill in Amsterdam.
According to TMZ, Drizzy was a victim of food poisoning and had to cancel his show in Amsterdam. Apparently, the OVO leader ate some bad sushi and had a severe case of the bubble guts. It was so bad that he had to get medical treatment.
But alas, Drake was still too sick to perform his show on Monday night (March 27). This is the second time he's had to cancel his Amsterdam show. Understandably, fans were visibly pissed off and booed the announcer when they were told the show was canceled.
Concertgoers, who were waiting for 75 minutes in the venue for Drake to hit the stage, started throwing drinks and other objects. The good news here is that ticket holders for Monday’s show will be allowed to use their stub for the rescheduled concert on Wednesday (March 29).
Reps for Drake had no comment on the matter. Hopefully, the More Life creator was able to flush himself out and get the proper fluids in him so he can rock Wednesday's show.
