It looks like Ezekiel Elliott will play in the Cowboys season opener against the New York Giants Sunday afternoon.

CBSDFW11 and NFL.com's Ian Rapoport report that the Cowboys and Elliott have agreed on a 6-year $90 million dollar extension. Making him the highest-paid running back ever.

With the new contract, Dallas could have a pretty complete offense. With Dak Prescott and Amri Cooper spending their first off-season together and a healthy line, let's see how far this team can go.

Fantasy players who didn't draft Elliot due to the possibility of a full season holdout are kicking themselves right now. And all those that picked him up in the third round, drinks on them!
