December is typically the month in which rapper's give back the most, the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons bringing with them good deeds and acts of charity, and some of Atlanta's biggest rap stars did just that at the 33rd Annual United Negro College Fund Atlanta Mayor’s Masked Ball on Saturday (Dec. 17). Future, Jeezy, 2 Chainz and more attended the event, as photographed on Instagram above and below, making donations of $25,000 each to the program.

Future's donation is made in conjunction with his Freewishes Foundation, the organization recognizing the rapper and his contribution above. Tyrese and Usher were as well on hand, as seen below, representatives for Tyrese and Jeezy confirming that they as well made donations of $25,000 each. Usher has partnered with the UNCF in the past, as a part of his New Look Atlanta Leadership Academy, which provides a $100,000 UNCF scholarship.

The 2016 Atlanta Mayor's Masked Ball was held in the Atrium Ballroom of Atlanta's Marriott Marquis, the annual event considered the premier fundraising gala in raising awareness for the need and benefits of a college education for the students UNCF serves and the contributions of historically black colleges and universities.

In recent years, 2 Chainz has used sweater sales as a way to raise money for charity, just recently selling a $90,000 sweater, complete with 50 carats of diamonds and 250 grams of gold. All proceeds are set to go to charity, 2 Chainz often using his T.R.U. Foundation for such endeavors.
