"Glee" star Cory Monteith died of a heroin and alcohol mix, according to the British Columbia Coroner.

His death is believed to be accidental, according to the coroner's findings released Tuesday.

Monteith, 31, who portrayed Finn Hudson on Fox TV show 'Glee', was found dead Saturday afternoon in a hotel room in Vancouver, British Columbia.
