It’s Official: Lake Belton High School Broncos It Is! What Do You Think??

Last night, the Belton ISD Board of Trustees voted to name their new high school Lake Belton High School. 

The colors will be red and silver, and the mascot will be a bronco.

There have been lots of suggestions about branding the new high school from color schemes, to keeping the mascot a big cat, to incorporating a patriotic theme.

Another high school, with another mascot in Belton, a new rivalry perhaps??

The new high school located at FM 2483 and FM 317 will be located right inside the city limits of Temple.
