Jeezy has moved on from the shooting that reportedly took place at his 2014 concert with Wiz Khalifa, but apparently he's being pushed back into the picture. According to TMZ, the family of concert promoter Eric Johnson, who was tragically shot and killed backstage at the show, is now suing the Atlanta veteran rapper for his wrongful death.

TMZ reports the family claims an eyewitness has supposedly identified the Snowman as the alleged shooter in the 2014 incident that took place at a concert in Mountain View, Calif. On top of claiming Jeezy as the alleged shooter, an eyewitness also reportedly identified a photo of him in a lineup from authorities. TMZ reports, "The family says the same witness picked Jeezy out of a photo lineup as the shooter. They say a 2nd witness described the shooter to a police sketch artist who drew someone that looked "eerily similar to the way Young Jeezy looked" the night of the shooting.

According to the family, they were reportedly "never given direct explanation as to who was suspected of the crime" and were not told why Jeezy was never charged or named by police as a suspect. As of now, Johnson's children are suing the rapper for “funeral expenses and other damages."

If you recall, the Trap or Die 3 hitmaker was arrested for possession of an assault rifle following the incident, but was cleared of the charges by authorities shortly after. He later explained he did not play a role in the shooting during a Breakfast Club interview in the months following as well. It was also reportedly connected to the Suge Knight shooting from the night before.

Hopefully Jeezy can get this case straightened out and the family of Eric Johnson can find peace.
