Kanye West has a change of heart for Kid Cudi. The Chicago rhymer had some not-so kind words for the former G.O.O.D. Music artist but it looks like he’s trying to make amends.

As we previously reported, Yeezy blasted Cudi for accusing him and Drake of allegedly using “30 people to write songs for them.” While on his Saint Pablo Tour, West responded, "Kid Cudi, don’t ever mention ‘Ye name, I birthed you."

Meanwhile, at his Summer Sixteen show, Drake slammed Cudi for his remark. “Boy you getting way too high you need to cut it,” he told the crowd.

However, on the Houston leg of his Saint Pablo tour on Tuesday (Sept. 20), West paused the show briefly to give props to the "Day 'N' Nite" rapper.

“I just wanna take this time out to say Kid Cudi is my brother and I hope he’s doing well,” he told the crowd. “He’s the most influential artist of the past ten years.”

It's cool to see West salute his friend Cudi who has been a major contributor to his career having worked on albums like 808s & Heartbreak and most recently The Life of Pablo. Hopefully, West and Cudi can resume their friendship and continue to make G.O.O.D. music together. See what we did there?
