Is Kanye West looking to expand his empire into the realm of furniture? The G.O.O.D. Music boss was out in Sweden today (March 8) visiting the IKEA Headquarters, leading to some speculation that he might be looking to collaborate with the furniture retailer.

"That's right, we can confirm that he is there," IKEA spokesman Jakob Holmstrom told Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet. "I don't want to and can't say more than that he is in Älmhult at Ikea today."

Holmstrom told the Associated Press that Kanye West visited several IKEA facilities, including its design division. This fueled the speculation that 'Ye might be collaborating on a new design with IKEA. When asked, Holmstrom simply said that "time will tell."

While the details of Kanye West's visit were largely kept under wraps, IKEA did issue a statement on the Chicago rapper's tour of their facilities.

"At IKEA, we are constantly curious about different people, companies, artists and events around the world," IKEA said in a statement in obtained by the New York Daily News. "To have these connections and inspiring meetings is an important way for us to find new ways to create a better everyday life for the many people."

As for Kanye West, he is likely feeling free to get creative without the burden of debt. The "Ultralight Beam" rapper is not dealing with his massive $53 million debt anymore as his wife has it covered. Kim Kardashian recently tweeted about the success of her mobile video game, stating that she added $53 million to her and Kanye's joint account.
