Lil Wayne Ordered to Take a Paternity Test
The ordered test stems from legal documents filed back in 2015 by Keiotia Watson claiming that Wayne is the father or her son, Dwayne Brown, who is now 16. She wanted to establish paternity and get child support. Watson claims she had a sexual relationship with Wayne in 2001 but the rapper has denied it.
However, a Louisiana judge ruled in Watson's favor, and ordered the rapper to pay $5K per month. Wayne never paid, claiming that he wasn't ever served with papers. TMZ reports the previous judgment has been tossed out, and now a new trial has been ordered.
This paternity drama has been playing out for a good while now, so maybe with this new order, the truth will be revealed once and for all. If it turns out that Wayne is the father of the teenager, it'll make child number five for him.
On the music front, Wayne got fans excited last week when he teased that his long-awaited collaboration with Juelz Santana, I Can't Feel My Face, is finally on the way soon. Juelz previously posted a picture of the two them together working on something in studio, but fans didn't get a solid idea until Wayne went on IG and posted: "Do y'all want ICFMF?" with a thinking emoji.
If the project is released, it'll follow his Dedication 6: Reloaded mixtape, which dropped back in late January.
