This luxury will only be offered to patients with intractable epilepsy which means the almost 28 million people in the great state of Texas only 150,000 people are entitled to the good stuff...sorry.

The state of Texas has licensed a company called Knox medical to dispense the medical marijuana from a branch of their company back in September but now we are weeks away from it's opening.
