NAACP Killeen Branch Set To Host Back To School Giveaway

Them babies are headed back to school, and it's time to get school supplies!

Although many students may take classes virtually, the NAACP wants to make sure that all children are prepared to make the most out of the upcoming school year.

The Killeen Branch NAACP, H-E-B, and its Community Partners have teamed up for a Backpack Giveaway for the 2020-2021 school year.

The event will take place tomorrow, August 1st, at Greater Peace Missionary Baptist Church in Killeen, TX from 9 am to 12 pm.

Parents and students can expect 1,000 Rona bags filled with PPE gear provided by
The Greater Killeen Community Clinic.
