Whether the reason he came clean was guilt or not, the father of a baby who was reported missing on January 4th, has led police to the body.

KRIS-TV in San Antonio reports that an arrest affidavit shows that Christopher Davila led police to a bridge in his neighborhood where the body of his baby son King Jay, was wrapped in a blanket inside a backpack.

Davila originally told police the baby was in a car seat not strapped in at the edge of a bed when it fell over and the baby fell forward.

He also told police the baby had a large bump over his head and may have hit a dresser as he fell, when he came back to check on the baby (why did he leave the baby after he fell anyway?) he found the baby dead.

Davila is in custody charged with injury to a child while his wife and her cousin are charged with tampering with evidence.
