Phora Shares ‘Love Is Hell’ Mixtape Release Date and Video Featuring Trippie Redd
Phora has begun his next rollout. The Orange County, Calif. rapper recently announced his new mixtape Love Is Hell, set for release on Oct. 5. In advance of the project, Phora dropped a music video for the title track featuring Trippie Redd on Sept. 8.
Set in a burning wasteland, the George Orozco-directed clip finds both rappers reminiscing about love while clinging to a relationship. Trippie, getting into the mood, shapes his red locks into devil horns.
"Love is hell, but I'd rather fight demons with you/Than live amongst the angels without you," Phora sings.
The artist also recently announced a North American tour in support of the project. He'll be hitting 15 cities, mostly in the West Coast and southwest, starting in Seattle on Oct. 10. Tickets are available now, as are project pre-orders.
The tape will be Phoroa's second full-length since signing last year to Warner Bros. Records and his first since last August's Yours Truly Forever.
