T.I. has been very vocal on social media and active in the streets concerning the recent publicized killings of minorities at the hands of the police. Now he makes a much-needed lyrical statement dropping the new track, "We Will Not."

Tip makes a stand on the new song, which is produced by Mars and Mike & Keys, proclaiming that enough is enough. "No we will not stand here in silence/While they take the lives of our brothers and sisters and partna/We will not turn a blind eye to the murder with no repercussions/No we will not/We will not lives on our knees, we will die on our feet/This ain't no lie that I speak/All you youngin's out here in the streets only want to shoot people that look like you/You can stay home, you too weak," he raps.

The track lacks a chorus and finds the Kangs preaching on in an uninterrupted flow. "United we are stuck in this bullshit together/Showin' these folk we just won't take whatever/Or else they just roll up and shoot at whatever/Just like they've been doin' forever/The niggas swear they hard be huffin' and puffin'/But ain't gon' do nothin,'" he spits.

The cover art for the single shows a Black man with a raised fist holding a sign which reads, "The system was never broken, it was build this way."
