According to a Facebook page by KCEN anchor/reporter Emani Payne, Teleperformance, a customer service call center in Killeen, has confirmed that an employee has tested positive for COVID-19.

In a text conversation with Payne, I learned she received the email from a current employee at Teleperformance who, according to their website, has been a leader for customer service management.

As you can see below, the email confirms to its workers that an unnamed employee has tested positive for the Coronavirus. It also encourages their employees to monitor their health and to contact their HR rep if they have contacted a doctor about having possible symptoms.

The email sent to employees also indicates they are sanitizing their entire workplace, but my question is basically obvious: shouldn't their employees be working from home?

C'mon!

What do you think? Should call center workers work from home?
