Belton ISD invested in technology that will provide wifi to parking areas.

Belton ISD is making strides to ensure all children and staff members have access to wifi with the sudden closures of school due to COVID-19. Belton ISD has invested in additional technology infrastructure to support external-facing wireless access points that cover immediate parking areas around five campuses.

This investment ensures that anyone in the Big Red Community who needs to access the internet can park near a campus and get access to WIFI while still social distancing.

BISD-issued devices should connect to the WiFi automatically. Non-BISD devices can connect through the district’s Guest WiFi (password: guestbisd).

Check out the list of campuses with the the enhanced WiFi below:

Lake Belton Middle School

Belton High School

South Belton Middle School

North Belton Middle School

Miller Heights Elementary School.
