Last year in Arlington a rookie police officer shot an innocent woman by mistake trying to shoot her dog. The officer later resigned.
FOX 4 reports a Texas grand jury indicted 25 year old Ravi Singh and  charged him with criminally negligent homicide for killing 30-year-old Maggie Brooks.

Body camera footage shows the interaction between the police officer and Brooks.

As Singh approached, Brooks' dog came barking and charging toward him.

He then fired several shots at the dog, missing it but hitting the woman.

Personally, I think these new police officers need to be trained better.

If you see the video of the dog it's a very small dog he could’ve easily just kicked out of the way.

Pulling a weapon and firing it was totally unnecessary in this case.

Yet another case of wrongdoing by police officers!
