Texas Mom Says Demons Ordered Her To Kill Her Son

A capital murder charge is being handed down to a Texas Mom who said that demons told her to kill her 8-year-old son according to a story shared by News 10.

Her name is Trisha Sanchez and she was arrested for the crime in Irving, Texas. The 30-year-old is being held in the Dallas County jail on bonds of more than $750,000.

Affidavits tell the tale of Sanchez's sister as the one who told police that Tisha confessed to smothering her own son. Sanchez told police it was demons who demanded that she sacrifice her child. Police are still investigating to try to discover the real motive. Sanchez's lawyer has declined to comment.

Police found the child's body on Sunday morning after they got a call about an unconscious person.
