Texas Named The No.1 State For Margarita Lovers

Who doesn't love a good margarita? Obviously not Texas!

According to KXXV, Texas was named the number one state for Margarita lovers. Seriously Smoke.com did a report based off of twitter data from the last month and the top states included:

1) Texas

2) New Mexico

3) Arkansas

What's your favorite margarita?

Since I am a margarita girl i decided to share my favorite recipe below. It's a must try.

Ingredients:

2 peaches, peeled and sliced
½ cup tequila
¼ cup Triple Sec
1½ tbsp honey
1 tbsp lime juice
1½ cups ice

Lime wedge
3 tbsp margarita salt
2 tsp sugar

Instructions:

For the margarita, combine peaches, tequila, triple sec, honey, lime juice and ice in a blender until smooth.

Drink responsibly.
