The Texas Tribune reports that Senate Bill 21 is slightly different from the version approved by the Texas Senate last month, but this one seems sure to pass the process to send the legislation to governor Abbott.

Now, it's not law yet. It'll need to go to a Senate committee first so they can look over changes made by the House. However, lawmakers feel confident it will make it to the governor's desk, where he'll either approve or veto

Representative John Zerwas who sponsored the bill said the idea behind this bill is to protect young adults who are highly susceptible to an addiction to tobacco

And in case you're wondering, yes - this also includes e-cigarettes and Vapes
