Texas Senate Approves Bill Banning Some Abortion Coverage [Poll]

The bill, which passed with a 21-10 vote, now goes to the state House, according to KXXV. Republican Sen. Larry Taylor's bill bans health insurance plans offered through the Affordable Car Act from covering the cost of abortions. It would force policyholders to buy supplemental coverage.
