According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, Sherri Shepherd wants the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to hear her maternity case! She's currently paying $4,600 a month in child support to her estranged husband to Lamar Sally! Sherri argues that the first judge overstepped his boundaries in using a surrogacy contract to make her the mom even though she’s not biologically related to the child. The Supreme Court has yet to make a decision on whether or not to hear Sherri’s appeal.
