The Killeen Wagner Carnival Is Back Now Through May 31st
The weather is nice now and it's baaaacccck!
It being the Central Texas Exposition (Killeen Carnival), which is going on now through May 31st at the Killeen Special Events Center on South W.S. Young Drive in Killeen.
Armbands are $20 Monday through Thursday, $25 dollars Friday and Sunday, and $30 Saturday.
Wednesday is $1 night, and Friday is Military Night: military, retired military and dependents get in free with a military ID, so make sure you take that with you.
There's a lot to love about the carnival, but let's be real - the big draw is always the spectacular rides provided by Wagner Amusements. That's what catches your eye first, and if you walk away from the carnival and your heart's not racing, you did it wrong.
Ok, ok, so maybe the Ferris wheel or the tea cups are more your...cup of tea...but you know what I mean. The rides are what it's all about!
Then, of course, there's the food. Go on your cheat day and load up on funnel cake and things you never thought could be fried, then wash it down with a strawberry lemonade. Just give yourself a little time to digest before you get on the Zipper.
Don't forget about the games, too. Did you really get the full carnival experience if you don't walk out of there with a giant teddy bear for your sweetheart or your kid?
It's the Central Texas Exposition at the Killeen Special Events Center on South W.S. Young Drive in Killeen now through May 31st.
I will be broadcasting live this Friday night, May 21st, from 7-9 PM.
Make sure you bring out the family and have some fun!
