Toys R US closing 182 stores including some Texas Stores

Yesterday it was announced that Toys R US is filing for bankruptcy as part of its reorganization plans and will be closing 182 of their 880 U.S. stores nationwide starting in February and ending in April.

While closing almost 20% of its locations, the move will also see a number of locations combining with Babies R US.

The Toy's R US Stores Closing in TEXAS are:

West El Paso, 801 Mesa Hills Dr.

Katy, 9730 Katy Freeway

Allen, 170 E. Stacy Road

Irving, 7730 N. MacArthur Blvd.

Lewisville, 420 E. Round Grove Rd.

Dallas, Galleria 13710 Dallas Parkway

Hurst, 1309 W. Pipeline Rd.

Hulen, 5800 Overton Ridge Blvd.

Good news for Killeen - Fort Hood residents as the location on Central Texas Expressway reportedly will not be closed.
