Troy Interstate 35 Overpass Will Be Closed Tuesday Night and Wednesday Morning

Troy’s Interstate 35 overpass will be closed from 7 PM Tuesday, August 9 to 7 AM Wednesday, August 10.

According to Jodi Wheatley with the Texas Department of Transportation, the closure of the Main St./FM 935 bridge will allow crews to set beams for a new overpass for the I-35 southbound main lanes.

In a news statement, Wheatley said signs will direct travelers needing to cross I-35 to Big Elm Road to the north of FM 935 and Berger Road to the south.
