This is another example of why I think marijuana laws should be less strict.

Professional, well-meaning people...... smoke a little weed in their recreation time!

KWTX reports that Waco ISD superintendent Marcus Nelson, A highly regarded school superintendent, once name superintendent of the year by the Texas Association of school boards was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, less than 2 ounces and was later released 12 hours later on his own recognizance.

The Waco school board meeting is scheduled for March 18 to meet with superintendent Nelson.

This guy's accolades show that he’s highly qualified for the position that he held, especially if he was selected out of a pool of almost 60 applicants smokes a little weed from time to time...where is the crime??

(Yes I know it's illegal...blah blah blah lol)
